Team members are encouraged to balance their personal and professional lives, and on a regular basis the firm brings the two together. For example, employees and their families enjoy healthy competition each year at the annual Zeppos & Associates Bowl-a-Rama, where awards are not only given for the best bowlers, but also for the ugliest shirt. The company holiday party includes creative and personalized gifts for everyone, and surprise guests such as Santa and Elvis have dropped in on the festivities.

With the wide variety of clients served, each day at the firm’s office holds a new challenge. Zeppos & Associates helps staff meet those challenges head-on, and also provides occasional breaks to commemorate milestones with style. The entire team celebrates by throwing wedding and baby showers complete with gifts, cake, unique games and prizes. To keep the team spirit alive, the firm also celebrates events such as Blue Shirt Day, company anniversary celebrations and after work Happy Hour get-togethers.
