BRENNA KRIVISKEY SADLER, APR VICE PRESIDENT bsadler@zeppos.com Sadler, formerly an award-winning journalist, has used her solid writing skills and extensive print and broadcast media experience to address a variety of major public relations challenges. Her recent work includes leading media and community relations projects for the country's oldest continuously operating motor speedway and its new leadership team; promoting a Wisconsin bank's innovative efforts to serve the area's growing Latino community; and developing and implementing media, community and government relations strategies surrounding a Wisconsin Indian tribe's plan to establish an entertainment center and casino between Milwaukee and Chicago. She also directed strategic planning, organizational, media outreach and community relations efforts for a broad-based coalition of businesses, environmental groups, citizens and others concerned about energy-related issues. In addition, she has drafted and implemented communications plans for the mergers of banks, law firms and manufacturers; helped launch restaurants, new businesses and entertainment venues; conducted media training for attorneys, food manufacturers, road builders and others; and developed crisis communications plans for a number of companies and organizations. Sadler's work has earned several Paragon Awards from the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. Her journalism experience includes positions as reporter, special sections editor and night city editor at a leading Southwest Florida newspaper. She also worked at one of Michigan's largest daily newspapers, at two Milwaukee radio stations and in the Washington, D.C., bureau of a nationally syndicated television news program. She has received journalism awards from the Florida Society of Newspaper Editors, the Florida Press Club, Scripps Howard Newspapers and the Hearst Foundation, and attended the National Writer's Workshop at the Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg, Fla. Sadler received her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) designation in 2001 from the national Public Relations Society of America.
